We apply the COVID 19 preventive health measures to protect our teams and our passengers

POINTS OF SALES TICKETS :

– Wearing a mask for all customers from the age of 11 *
– Display information on Company procedures and Ministry barrier measures
– Marking on the ground in front of the point of sale for physical distance
– Provision of hydroalcoholic gel for customers
– Separation plexiglass at the counter between ticket clerk and client
– Payment with contactless card recommended
– Regular cleaning of the counter space with disinfectant
– Protected ticket agents with protective mask and / or visor
– Provision of hydroalcoholic gel for ticket agents
– Markers indicated at the top of the hold for physical distance on boarding

 

ON BOARD :

– Wearing a mandatory mask for all passengers from the age of 11 *
– Display information on Company procedures and Ministry barrier measures
– Water points with soap (WC on board)
– Announcement made on board, compliance with barrier gestures + info on water and soap
– Cleaning of sensitive parts of the boat with disinfectant
– Passengers must spread out over the different spaces of the ship, regrouping between people confined together and distance themselves from other people
– Reduction by the shipowner of the authorized capacity of passengers by boat “Corsaire de Dinard” authorized 214 pax, capacity limited to 170 passengers “Corsaire de Dinan” authorized at 250 pax in 5th, 206 in 4th, restricted to 170 passengers
– Protected crew with protective mask and / or visor
– Provision of hydroalcoholic gel for the crew

* Decree n ° 2020-545 of 11 May 2020 Extracts Chapter 1 Article 3 -IV“Every person 11 years of age or older who accesses or remains on board a ship or passenger vessel shall wear a protective mask. Access to the vessel shall be refused to any person who does not comply with this obligation and the person shall be taken outside the vessel concerned. This obligation applies in areas accessible to the public at ferry terminals and waiting areas for which the carrier or facility operator organizes the terms and conditions for the movement of persons present or wishing to access these spaces.”
